1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Recruitifier's website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Use of the service

You must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and our policies. You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, including by scraping, automated access, or circumventing technical restrictions without our permission.
• Post false, misleading, or illegal content (e.g. discriminatory job postings or fraudulent applications).
• Impersonate others or violate the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Introduce malware, interfere with the integrity of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or others' systems or data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Our Services are intended for users who are legally able to enter into binding contracts (e.g. typically 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

4. Job postings and applications

4.1 Employers

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of job postings and for compliance with employment and anti-discrimination laws. Recruitifier does not guarantee the quality or suitability of candidates or any hiring outcome.

4.2 Job seekers

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of applications, resumes, and other materials submitted. We do not guarantee job placement or any particular outcome from applying through our platform.

5. Intellectual property

Recruitifier and its licensors own all rights in the platform, software, design, content (excluding user-generated content), and branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Recruitifier is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
• Recruitifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred dollars (100 USD) if no such payments apply).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recruitifier and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recruitifier operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
